The immobiliser system is amazing to protect the car when it's working properly. Maybe I'm the luckiest woman in the world this year, this clever system just broke down before the summer holidays and no one could garantee whether it would be fixed for the departure, typical. So our family is immobilised as well because maybe tomorrow you can go or maybe you will have to wait so you can't really go anywhere or plan to do any activities with the car. I find that it's hard now living in England ,with 2 kids without a car after 3 years of relying on my car.

Funnily enough , the last "Harry Potter" just came out last friday and we seemed to forget our issue, eveybody is reading it and my daughter couldn't stop to reading it and she finished it in 24 hours minus 8 hours sleeping, 5 minuts to eat a yogurt for breakfast and 10 minuts to eat a plate of noodles for lunch. Even when she went to the toilet, the book didn't leave her hands. On page of 400 and something, we dragged her out for a walk that lasted less than 1 hour, she couldn't stop to asking to go home. She finished it at 7:00pm before dinner aged 11. I'm amazed. Now it's my husbuand reading it. One of our friends refused to go out with us to watch fireworks last night, he wanted to stay at home with "Harry Potter". Today, the only thing my husbund did was reading it. I didn't even try to talk to him, I think he couldn't read faster than our daughter Zizai. She can tell me the story in Chinese, it was suposed a work of mother for the kids but nowaday there isn't the goldan rule for education, we learn the things from different age, culture and people. In the end of day her father finished to read it at 8 pm with a terrible head ache and when I asked how was it? He said good and couldn't tell me more about the detail. I got the feeling it's better ask my daughter in cas he was vexed that I asked to many questions about it. The last answer from him was why I don't read myself.

My husband wants me to pack the luggage. I watch outside, the rain, wind and cold, it would be really nice get away from this weather.
